Private Occupational Therapy Services

Rochester Occupational Therapy Services offers private OT on your terms. Bypassing health insurance allows the client to be in full control, 100% of the time. Private occupational therapy services allow the client and therapist to work together in deciding the amount and duration of OT necessary to meet individual needs. Services will continue for as long as the client and therapist decide necessary. No surprise medical bills or sudden service changes based on everchanging health insurance policies.

  • OT Evaluations

Occupational therapy evaluations will take place in the home or an otherwise agreed upon community setting. Plan for an occupational therapy evaluation to take 60-90 minutes.

After the evaluation is complete, the evaluating therapist will provide a detailed write up outlining the findings of the evaluation. Services will be recommended if appropriate.

  • Pediatric and Adolescent OT

Rochester Occupational Therapy Services treats children from birth to eighteen with or without a medical diagnosis.

Occupational therapy services can benefit individuals experiencing autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing difficulties, restrictive or picky eating, developmental or physical disabilities, emotional dysregulation, and neurological disorders to name a few.

  • Adult OT Services

Occupational therapists are needed when an individual finds it challenging to participate in any activity that brings them purpose. This could be vocational work, managing a home, meal preparation, caregiving, or engaging in hobbies and leisure.

Difficulties in participation can occur due to physical, mental, developmental, or emotional ailments. Our expertise as practitioners enables us to provide therapeutic strategies that improve, rehabilitate, or maintain an individual’s ability to perform everyday activities to their fullest potential.

  • Accepted Payments

Rochester Occupational Therapy Services does not accept health insurance at this time. HSA/FSA cards, credit cards, cash, or online payments are options to provide payments for services.

If requested, a superbill can be provided that outlines the therapy services that have been paid for. Superbills can be submitted to the health insurance company to request reimbursement for those payments. Rochester Occupational Therapy Services does not guarantee full or partial reimbursement from your insurance provider.
