Providing private occupational therapy services
across the Greater Rochester, NY region.
Rochester Occupational Therapy Services is dedicated to delivering research-based, pediatric and adult OT services. We offer services in the home and travel to community settings to provide treatment sessions wherever daily occupations may occur.
Rochester Occupational Therapy Services was founded by Valerie Haack, a New York State licensed occupational therapist who is registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valerie created ROTS to help fill the growing need for private, individualized, home based occupational therapy services in the Greater Rochester Region.

An occupational therapy evaluation will help determine if an individual is appropriate for occupational therapy services. The first step is a complimentary intake phone call regarding the OT needs of the client. During this call the client can schedule an in-home evaluation if deemed appropriate. An evaluation takes 60-90 minutes and will result in a write up synthesizing standardized assessments, clinical observations, and recommended treatment goals.
